Since it was raining, my brother was craving for barbeque or anything inihaw, and I was feeling Rachel Ray that time, so I googled a recipe for Inihaw na Liempo and Ta-Da!, my first Liempo experiment was successful.
It was really good! Sweet and Spicy at the same time.
Here’s all you need: 1 kilo pork liempo, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 3 tbsp of worchestershire sauce, 1 tbsp salt, 3 tbsp of chopped garlic, 2 tbsp of hot sauce or chili sauce, pepper.
Just mix everything and marinate the pork for at 2 hours, Overnight is the best. Then, grill them!
